How to Match Signature JPG, Pixel and KB Rules Together
Signatures often fail because a form checks several constraints at once. A correct workflow validates all of them on the final exported file.

Set the final signature dimensions before targeting the KB range. Otherwise the resize step can push the file outside the allowed range.
Minimum KB matters
A mostly white signature can become too small. Use both a minimum and maximum when the form requires a range.
Verify the current notice
Different portals use different signature dimensions and ranges. Keep the preset editable instead of treating one combination as universal.
