How to Generate Multiple Image Sizes at Once

Need header images, thumbnails and social posts from the same photos? Prepare these versions together instead of selecting and resizing the same photos several times.

The repeated-batch problem

A classic batch resizer is efficient when every source needs the same result. The friction starts when each source also needs a hero version, a card image, a thumbnail and a social asset. Running four separate batches means choosing the same files four times and maintaining four sets of export settings.

Prepare every version together

Choose the size, crop and format for each version you need. For example, 30 originals can produce 30 header images, 30 cards, 30 thumbnails and 30 social images together.

Check the versions before publishing

Check the dimensions, file format and cropping for each version. Keep the original photos so you can make different versions later.

  • Keep source images unchanged
  • Use a separate folder for each output
  • Name outputs by destination, not by operation
  • Review the crop before publishing
