Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression and Declaration Size Rules

Application portals often treat photos, signatures, thumb impressions and handwritten declarations as four different asset types. The efficient workflow is to keep each requirement as a separate preset instead of repeatedly editing one file by hand.

Separate the asset types

A profile photo may need a larger canvas and KB range than a signature. Thumb impressions and handwritten declarations can have their own aspect ratios and byte limits. Keep each rule independent.

Use the current portal as the source of truth

Search pages and old exam guides can go stale. Before submission, copy the format, pixel dimensions and minimum/maximum KB directly from the current form.

Save reusable presets

If you prepare the same document set for several candidates or repeated applications, save the four output rules as a reusable recipe.
