Minimum vs Maximum Image File Size for Upload Forms
Many upload forms enforce a range such as 20–50 KB, not just a maximum. Hitting only the ceiling is not enough.

The familiar rule is “under 100 KB” or “under 1 MB.” Compression is usually the right tool for this constraint.
Minimum size is a separate rule
A form can also reject aggressively compressed files. Batch Img Tools keeps minimum and maximum KB as two separate constraints.
Treat the range as one output recipe
Set the minimum, maximum, format and dimensions together, then preview the actual exported file before submission.
