How to Fix an “Aspect Ratio Not Supported” Upload Error
An aspect-ratio error describes the shape of the image, not the number of kilobytes. The fix is to change the canvas geometry.

Crop fills the target ratio by removing content around the edges. Padding keeps the full source and adds background around it.
Ratio and resolution are not the same
A 1:1 image can be 500×500 or 2000×2000. The ratio describes shape; pixel dimensions describe resolution.
Check file size last
After the geometry is correct, enforce any separate KB or MB limit on the final output.
